We worked with FCB Inferno to change-up BMW UK’s social media presence to rely less on global content and more on story-telling and demonstrations of the “Ultimate Driving Machine” across models, demographics and driving styles. This included regular and campaign content creation, community management, campaign amplification and live event support, all demonstrating a distinctly local perspective from a global brand.

A key element was growing the social engagement around BMW’s sponsor partners: the official BMW PGA Championship and England Rugby, by creating innovative content, engaging with influencers and running the brand’s first live social broadcasts.
We developed a meaningful community for BMW UK, growing Instagram by 50k in the first year, improving Facebook engagement by almost a third and driving wider brand exposure through hero content. The i8 social brand film alone achieved 2million views, with 55% of these organic.
